About the role#
This is a 12-week, paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience in retail business and leadership. You will work within our store management team to gain practical knowledge of how our locations function on a daily basis. As you progress, you will take on more responsibility, including leading shifts and making decisions that impact store performance.
What you'll do#
- Take an active role in daily store operations.
- Provide customer service to our guests.
- Maintain a high-performing store environment.
- Participate in store audits.
- Support various operational and administrative functions.
- Contribute to team meetings and help meet store goals.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 2 or 4 year degree program for Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
