About the role#
This is a 12-week, paid internship based in Hutchinson, Minnesota. You will gain hands-on experience in business and leadership by working directly within our retail management team. The role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week during school semesters, with the possibility of up to 40 hours during breaks. We offer flexibility to accommodate your school schedule.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily store operations and administrative functions.
- Provide customer service to guests.
- Help maintain a high-performing store environment.
- Contribute to team meetings and perform store audits.
- Support store goals and take on increased responsibility, such as leading shifts and making business decisions.
What you'll need#
- You must be actively working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
