About the role#
This Summer 2027 Co-op program provides students with practical experience in the construction industry. You will work alongside full-time professionals, receive mentorship in your field of study, and network with senior leaders and other co-ops. The program is designed to prepare you for future full-time employment by giving you direct exposure to industry roles and operations.
What you'll do#
- Work with full-time construction professionals on daily tasks and projects.
- Take on specific project responsibilities to gain firsthand industry experience.
- Participate in the Co-op Capstone Event at the end of the summer to present your learning and experiences.
- Engage with supervisors and project staff to learn about your specific area of interest.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or Architecture.
- An interest in gaining practical construction industry experience.
- The ability to contribute to value-added projects.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site position.
- Locations include Westerville, Milford, Toledo, Athens, Cleveland, Columbus, Elyria, and Fredericktown, Ohio; Sault Ste. Marie, Detroit, and Cheboygan, Michigan; Morgantown, West Virginia; Clarion and Carnegie, Pennsylvania; Greenfield, Indiana; and St. Louis, Missouri.
