About the role#
This internship provides practical construction experience to supplement your education. You will work alongside full-time employees, receive training on specific tasks, and take on project responsibilities. What you'll do#
- Assist in the form shop to create concrete forms and other project items.
- Repair heavy equipment and fabricate structural pieces for highway and bridge projects.
- Maintain and repair company vehicles and specialized construction equipment.
- Paint and maintain small equipment like generators and pumps.
- Provide tools, supplies, and resources to support field operations.
- Organize and fill orders for project supplies in the yard.
