About the role#
The Fall 2026 Co-op program provides practical experience in the construction industry. This full-time, paid position is designed to prepare students for future careers by integrating them into active construction projects. Participants work alongside experienced professionals to gain firsthand knowledge of company operations and industry standards.
What you'll do#
- Assist full-time construction professionals with daily project tasks.
- Contribute directly to the completion of quality construction projects.
- Gain experience across various industry roles, including project management, engineering, safety, surveying, estimating, and heavy equipment maintenance.
- Complete specific project responsibilities assigned by supervisors.
- Participate in the Co-op Capstone Event to present experiences and meet senior leadership.
- Connect with a dedicated mentor for guidance and support.
- Network with senior leaders, team members, and other co-ops.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture.
- A commitment to safety and the company's core values.
- Willingness to engage in field or trade experiences to better understand organizational operations.
