About the role#
We are looking for two Human Resources Interns to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. This is an opportunity for analytical, curious, and business-minded individuals to gain hands-on experience by contributing to projects that support our people and business strategies. You will work alongside HR professionals and business leaders to address real organizational challenges.
What you'll do#
- Lead or contribute to a significant HR project aligned with our strategic priorities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and develop recommendations.
- Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with HR team members, managers, and employees to gather input through interviews, focus groups, or surveys.
- Develop and deliver presentations that communicate findings and insights to HR and business leaders.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Less than 1 year of related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Authorization to work in the country where the internship is located.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- Positions are located on-site in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and Milpitas, California.
- Sponsorship is not provided for this role.
