About the role#
Kinectrics is looking for a Purchasing Co-op Student to join the procurement team for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Toronto. You will gain practical experience in procurement operations while working alongside industry professionals.
What you'll do#
- Process invoices in SAP as approvals arrive from requestors.
- Manage the general department email inbox to handle inquiries from vendors and internal staff.
- Prepare and distribute a weekly accrual listing of outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely invoice processing.
- Assist buyers with PO number amendments and invoice corrections.
- Follow up with vendors to resolve outstanding invoice issues.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in an undergraduate business, supply chain, or operations management program that requires a co-op placement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and process invoices effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is an asset.
