Wholesale Intern, Fall 2026

About the role#

KHAITE is seeking a Wholesale Intern for the Fall 2026 semester to support the wholesale team with daily account management and administrative operations. This role is based at our New York City headquarters and is an unpaid position intended for college credit.

What you'll do#

• Support the wholesale team with day-to-day account management and administrative tasks for domestic and international partners.
• Prepare seasonal selling tools, including line sheets, order forms, and presentation materials for market appointments.
• Maintain accurate order tracking, account information, and wholesale reports.
• Coordinate sample organization, showroom merchandising, and product setup for buyer meetings.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service, to assist with order execution.
• Conduct competitive research and analyze market trends to support wholesale strategy and business development.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Previous internship or work experience in a wholesale or customer-centric industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Relevant majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
