About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the non-apparel product development team during the Fall 2026 semester. Reporting to the Senior Product Developer, the intern will assist in the lifecycle of product development and sample management. This position is unpaid and intended for college credit.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate sample launches by preparing materials and information for development partners in Italy.
- Assist with mock-ups, material allocations, and technical documentation for sample execution.
- Update and maintain design boards with current product information, including style names, material swatches, color references, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Organize samples for fittings and maintain the organization of the working space.
- Manage incoming and outgoing sample packages.
- Support product repairs and address customer inquiries in collaboration with the production and merchandising teams.
- Assist with the layout and formatting of internal presentations and seasonal review decks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Technical Design, or a related field.
- Previous experience in production within the non-apparel category.
- Proficiency in PLM, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of urgency.
