About the role#
The Personal Shopping & Stylist Program Intern will support the Private Client team at the New York City headquarters. This role focuses on maintaining relationships with VIP clients and industry partners while gaining exposure to luxury clienteling operations.
What you'll do#
- Support outreach and communication efforts with VIP clients, stylists, and industry partners.
- Assist in the creation of personalized client edits by researching preferences, purchase history, and seasonal collections.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, database management, and logistics coordination.
- Track inventory movement, product requests, and transfers to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
- Provide operational support for in-store events, VIP appointments, and special shopping experiences.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in event planning, client relations, or styling is preferred.
