About the role#
The Coffee Marketing team is looking for a motivated intern to support our Licensed Brands portfolio. You will work at the intersection of marketing, omni-channel strategy, sales, and revenue growth management. This role focuses on shaping the future of coffee merchandising and point-of-purchase (POP) execution in Canada by identifying growth opportunities and building scalable processes.
What you'll do#
- Analyze current in-store displays to identify best practices and potential gaps.
- Evaluate existing POP development processes to find inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, RGM, and external vendors to assess display formats and retailer requirements.
- Create a strategic framework for selecting and developing display solutions based on brand and campaign objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive Coffee POP and Display Playbook to support long-term business scalability.
- Support test-and-learn initiatives within the Licensed Brands portfolio.
- Complete a final project and present your findings and takeaways to senior leadership.
- Participate in professional development training, mentorship sessions, and networking events with company leaders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Based in the Montreal area.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and presentation development.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset with high attention to detail.
- Interest in consumer packaged goods, retail marketing, and merchandising.
Location & details#
- Location: Montreal, Quebec.
- Program Dates: January 4 to April 30, 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
