About the role#
As a Quality Education and Training Intern, you will help ensure team members have the skills to keep our products safe and maintain a safe workplace. You will develop technical training materials for Quality and EHS topics while building your own understanding of manufacturing operations. This role is part of the Beverage Operating Unit.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with technical experts to identify and understand learning needs.
- Create interactive eLearning content, which may involve filming videos at manufacturing plants.
- Manage course assignments, information, and reporting within the Learning Management System.
- Gather and integrate feedback to refine training programs.
- Participate in professional development activities, including networking and presenting a final project to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Technical Training, Adult Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience developing process documentation or training materials, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to absorb technical information and adapt to changes quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Frisco, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7 to August 13).
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Modality: Hybrid (In-office Monday through Wednesday; Remote Thursday and Friday).
- Compensation: $31 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid within the first 30 days.
