About the role#
As a Field Sales Management Intern, you will work within the Beverage Operating Unit to grow market channels and achieve sales objectives. You will represent the company to distributor partners, monitor competitive activity, and ensure executional excellence. This internship is part of the Summer 2027 program and serves as a potential pathway to the Early Career Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Sell company brands to maximize growth, distribution, and volume objectives.
- Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to manage promotions, displays, and beverage section resets.
- Develop and maintain customer account contacts to increase product availability.
- Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Develop action plans to meet annual objectives.
- Partner with a mentor and engage in cross-functional projects.
- Participate in meet and greets, lunch and learns, and professional training.
- Complete a final project and present your findings to stakeholders and department leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate student in Business Administration or a related field.
- Junior year standing with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, including listening, writing, and verbal abilities.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Previous experience in consumer packaged goods or beverages is a plus.
- Work authorization in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

- This role is located on-site in Northlake, Illinois.
- The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- This is a paid internship.
