About the role#
As a Field Sales Management Intern, you will focus on growing channels within the market while achieving sales objectives and ensuring executional excellence. You will represent the company to distributor partners and identify emerging trends in competitive activity. This internship is part of the Beverage Operating Unit and may lead to an invitation to the Early Career Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Sell company brands to maximize growth, distribution, and volume objectives.
- Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell promotions, displays, point-of-sale material, beverage section resets, and service requirements.
- Develop and maintain customer account contacts to increase product availability.
- Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Create action plans to reach annual objectives.
- Partner on projects within a cross-functional team environment.
- Complete a final project to present to your team and department vice president.
- Participate in networking events, lunch and learns, and meet and greets with company executives.
- Partner with a mentor to build your network and learn about other parts of the business.
- Receive training in professional skills, networking, and presenting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate student in your junior year.
- Expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Major in Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Geographic flexibility to relocate to any listed program location.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, written, and verbal abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally as an independently driven, self-starter.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or the beverage industry is a plus.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

- Location: St. Paul, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7 to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $28.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
