About the role#
The Rooms Division Internship program provides hands-on experience and professional training within the Front Office and Housekeeping departments. Interns rotate through various roles to gain a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, service standards, and leadership functions. This program is designed to bridge the gap between academic study and practical hospitality management.
What you'll do#
- Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Operate phone systems, manage wake-up calls, and assist with guest inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and manage laundry operations.
- Supervise housekeeping tasks to ensure product quality and labor productivity.
- Greet and interact with guests in a warm, professional manner.
- Protect guest privacy, including the confidentiality of personal information and key control.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a college or university, or a recent graduate.
- Eligibility for internship programs.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Communications, Civil Engineering, Psychology, Marketing, or Human Resources.
