About the role#
The Food & Beverage Internship at Grand Bohemian Lodge Greenville offers a structured, hands-on learning experience within the hospitality industry. What you'll do#
- Manage guest reservations, greet visitors, and escort them to tables while coordinating dining room flow.
- Assist with event preparations, including placing linens and polishing silver and glassware.
- Support bar operations by stocking beer, wine, spirits, mixers, and garnishes, with an introduction to cocktail creation.
- Participate in restaurant management tasks, including table assignments and server coordination.
- Interact with internal and external guests in a professional, warm, and friendly manner while maintaining guest privacy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university, or status as a recent graduate eligible for internship programs.
- Ability to communicate in English is preferred.
