About the role#

The Food & Beverage Internship at Grand Bohemian Lodge Greenville offers a structured, hands-on learning experience within the hospitality industry. Interns rotate through various operational departments, gaining practical knowledge of how different roles contribute to overall service standards. This program emphasizes mentorship, professional coaching, and the application of academic concepts to real-world guest service.

What you'll do#

• Manage guest reservations, greet visitors, and escort them to tables while coordinating dining room flow.
• Assist with event preparations, including placing linens and polishing silver and glassware.
• Support bar operations by stocking beer, wine, spirits, mixers, and garnishes, with an introduction to cocktail creation.
• Participate in restaurant management tasks, including table assignments and server coordination.
• Interact with internal and external guests in a professional, warm, and friendly manner while maintaining guest privacy.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a college or university, or status as a recent graduate eligible for internship programs.
• Ability to communicate in English is preferred.
