About the role#
The Product Intern joins the Product & Partnerships team to support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of travel products. This execution-focused role involves coordinating workflows, conducting research, and ensuring that product information remains accurate and consistent with company standards.
What you'll do#
- Prepare, format, and proofread service briefs for new and existing itineraries.
- Conduct destination, supplier, and itinerary research to support new product development and refreshes.
- Source, organize, and upload images into internal systems.
- Track requests, manage workflow queues, and ensure timely follow-up with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Assist with Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking and reporting.
- Support updates and enhancements to existing product content.
- Consolidate research findings into structured recommendations and summaries.
What you'll need#
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and structured data templates.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft, proofread, and summarize information.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- An interest in travel and global destinations, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Logistics.
