Intern - Digital Marketing (Web Experimentation)

About the role#

Kensington is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join the CX Optimization & Experimentation team for Summer 2026. This role provides hands-on experience in web experimentation and conversion optimization within a data-driven environment. You will gain exposure to performance marketing, SEO, and user experience while supporting the growth team in driving engagement across luxury travel product lines.

What you'll do#

• Support the day-to-day execution of A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Create content briefs for editorial articles and manage the process from research through to publication.
• Assist with landing page and content performance analysis.
• Review website journeys to identify friction points in the customer experience.
• Document A/B tests and track experiment results.
• Support SEO initiatives, including content research, keyword analysis, and page performance tracking.
• Assist in analyzing user behavior data to understand how visitors interact with key pages.
• Prepare performance dashboards and translate data into insights for leadership.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, or Statistics.
• Strong curiosity about user behavior, conversion optimization, and digital analytics.
• Comfort working with data, including the ability to read reports, spot trends, and ask analytical questions.
