Intern - Partnership Marketing

About the role#

Kensington is seeking a Partnership Marketing Intern to support the planning, execution, and administration of joint marketing and partnership programs across a global network. This role provides hands-on experience in co-operative campaign development, partner relations, and performance analysis within the luxury travel industry. You will report to the Partnerships & Marketing team and collaborate with internal sales and product departments to support various partnership initiatives.

What you'll do#

• Support the development of partnership and co-op marketing proposals, including compiling program details and timelines.
• Assist with general partner interactions, such as gathering data, information, and assets for campaign planning.
• Manage the administration of joint marketing campaigns by tracking deliverables and key milestones.
• Assist with account receivable notices and basic campaign financial tracking.
• Maintain organized records of partner communications, campaign documentation, and reporting materials.
• Contribute to post-campaign reporting, proof of performance, and recap materials to demonstrate results.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a relevant program, such as Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Health, or Psychology.
• A strong interest in partnership marketing and relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work autonomously while incorporating feedback and collaborating within a team.
• Comfort working with data, reports, and administrative processes.
