Intern - Marketing Operations

About the role#

Kensington is seeking a Marketing Operations Intern to support the team with planning, process design, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring smooth workflows and operational efficiency across various marketing programs.

What you'll do#

• Coordinate project activities and information.
• Optimize marketing workflows to improve delivery timelines and reduce bottlenecks.
• Manage and support the centralized project management system, Asana.
• Assist with the integration of project management tools with other marketing systems.
• Prepare monthly meeting reports for upper management regarding marketing results, priorities, and plans.
• Support the quarterly planning process, including the creation of workback schedules and workshop materials.
• Partner with creative, digital, analytics, and campaign teams to streamline project handoffs.
• Support the development of AI governance and best practices within the team.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and organizational levels.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, SmartSheets, Monday.com, or MS Project is considered an asset.
