Intern - Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing)

About the role#

Kensington is seeking a Performance Marketing Intern to join our digital team. This role provides hands-on experience in a data-driven environment, focusing on paid digital marketing programs across Google Search, Display, Paid Social, and other channels. You will work directly with our growth team to support lead generation and customer engagement efforts for our luxury travel products.

What you'll do#

• Support the day-to-day monitoring, quality assurance, and execution of paid search, social, and display campaigns.
• Compile weekly performance reports to identify key trends, data anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
• Assist with keyword and audience research, search query reviews, and competitive landscape analysis.
• Support testing initiatives for ad copy, landing pages, creative assets, and campaign structures.
• Maintain campaign trackers, budget pacing documentation, and launch checklists.
• Collaborate with the digital team on campaign launches and cross-functional growth projects.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
