Intern - Operations, Ultraluxe Product

About the role#

As an Operations Intern for the Ultraluxe team, you will gain exposure to the design, development, and management of exclusive travel experiences. This role provides a foundation for a career in luxury travel, product development, procurement, commercial strategy, or operations. You will work closely with the team to learn how luxury travel products are sourced, built, and maintained across destinations, villas, yachts, private aviation, and strategic partnerships.

What you'll do#

• Assist with the maintenance and development of the Ultraluxe product portfolio, including itineraries, villas, experiences, and supplier details.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging luxury travel trends and opportunities.
• Support the team with itinerary reviews, content updates, and product documentation.
• Help manage and organize supplier information, contracts, and product assets.
• Participate in special projects related to product, procurement, commercial performance, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and file management.

What you'll need#

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, research, and data analysis.
• An interest in luxury travel, hospitality, tourism, or product development.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or Communications.
