In-Home Behavioral Services Clinical Internship

About the role#

The In-Home Behavioral Services Clinical Internship provides hands-on experience in home-based behavioral therapy. Interns support youth and their families by identifying and reducing challenging behaviors through individualized treatment plans rooted in behavioral fundamentals and trauma-informed care.

What you'll do#

• Support clients in achieving their personal goals.
• Provide trauma-informed care to youth presenting with challenging behaviors.
• Utilize home and community-based behavioral interventions to empower caregivers.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Monitors to coach and model effective interventions.
• Create and implement individualized behavior plans to improve child functioning.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Master's in Social Work program (second-year students preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn various electronic systems.
• A valid driver's license and daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks.
