About the role#
The Social Graphics Internship is a hands-on training program focused on graphic design and visual storytelling within sports media. This role is designed for students seeking academic credit and offers the opportunity to learn how a modern media brand builds its visual identity across digital platforms. This is a fixed-term, unpaid learning experience.
What you'll do#
- Assist the social team with day-to-day tasks and projects under supervision to learn social graphic design.
- Collaborate with the team to create graphics for various social media accounts.
- Contribute creative ideas to engage the community across digital content and social channels.
- Support one-off internal graphics requests to gain experience across different formats.
What you'll need#
- Strong familiarity with Jomboy Media content across all platforms and an understanding of the brand, voice, and audience.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop.
- A portfolio of previous work to share with your application.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Enrollment in an academic program where you can receive school credit for this internship.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Modality: On-site at the NYC office 2-3 days per week.
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 31 to December 11).
- Commitment: 20-30 hours per week, scheduled around university classes.
