About the role#
The Technology Fall 2027 Co-Op program offers a professional experience within the technology organization at Johnson & Johnson. This is a full-time, six-month opportunity running from June 21, 2027, to December 17, 2027. You will work within specialized teams to build solutions, support project portfolios, and gain experience in technology strategy.
What you'll do#
- Work with specialized groups to build solutions for business partners.
- Contribute as an individual or team member to support a designated technology area.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Perform data and process analysis to support the development of key solutions.
- Support the broader technology project and program portfolio.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with status as an undergraduate sophomore or above.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the co-op.
- Permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for future visa sponsorship.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

- This is a hybrid role.
- Available locations include Titusville, NJ; Spring House, PA; Shepherdsville, KY; Irvine, CA; Horsham, PA; West Chester, PA; Fort Washington, PA; Santa Clara, CA; Raritan, NJ; and Danvers, MA.
