About the role#
We are looking for a motivated co-op to join the Project Delivery Business Excellence team. You will support Digital Engineering solutions by working with partners to define technical requirements and specifications for various applications and initiatives. This role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
What you'll do#
- Define technical requirements and specifications for Digital Engineering applications in collaboration with BIM SMEs, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of data libraries, search capabilities, user interfaces, and cloud solutions.
- Collect and analyze data to create dashboards that support Digital Engineering initiatives.
- Use APIs to access and analyze data across different systems.
- Manage updates for the Digital Engineering website, including process flows, dashboards, and training materials.
- Assess and share advancements in AI, cloud computing, and automation to enhance product offerings.
- Analyze technology performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop performance management reports in alignment with Process Excellence team requirements.
- Maintain online environments for onboarding, orientation, and training.
- Prepare and present project progress reports.
- Organize and participate in team, stakeholder, and business partner meetings.
- Maintain SharePoint and Microsoft team documentation.
- Support the team with adhoc requests and participate in Credo activities.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one undergraduate year at an accredited university.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Experience in computer science or engineering roles focused on AI, Generative AI, cloud computing, and automation.
- Proficiency in software development and engineering, including full stack development (front-end and back-end technologies).
- Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and AI frameworks.
- Experience with web design, database management, dashboard development, and data structures.
- Familiarity with API development and utilization.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and hold team members accountable to project landmarks.
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity for new technologies.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and experience building professional relationships.
- Customer service experience.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
