    About the role#

    The Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Co-op supports the team at our Raritan manufacturing site. You will gain hands-on experience with digital manufacturing technologies used to produce life-changing therapies. This role involves working with Electronic Batch Records (EBRs), system enhancements, data analytics, and validation activities within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will collaborate across departments to improve operational efficiency and digital transformation.

    What you'll do#

    • Support day-to-day MES operational activities, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
    • Assist MES Engineers with EBR configuration, testing, and updates.
    • Review manufacturing workflows, forms, recipes, and business requirements.
    • Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and build reports or dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
    • Support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including documentation and evidence collection.
    • Learn and apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Data Integrity principles.
    • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, MSAT, and IT teams.
    • Complete a defined project with measurable business impact and present your findings to stakeholders.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an accredited bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
    • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
    • Ability to work full time at the Raritan site for the duration of the co-op.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Experience with SQL, Python, or data analytics tools is preferred.
    • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle or system testing is a plus.
    • Interest in digital manufacturing or industrial technology.
    • You must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
