About the role#
The Global Transportation Spring Co-Op offers exposure to a logistics network that moves healthcare products across air, ocean, parcel, and truckload modes. You will work with teams across the supply chain to help deliver freight reliably and efficiently. During this term, you will use transportation data to uncover trends, support daily execution, and modernize workflows through reporting and process optimization.
What you'll do#
- Modernize transportation workflows through process digitization, metric reporting, and the adoption of new tools.
- Deliver digital solutions and system enhancements that reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
- Drive shipment visibility by monitoring key milestones, flagging risks, and supporting issue resolution.
- Support day-to-day transportation execution by monitoring shipments, assisting with exceptions, and tracking service-performance metrics.
- Support freight invoice validation by researching exceptions and helping resolve disputes.
- Maintain compliance tracking tools, monitor documentation, and assist with export invoice preparation for global trade compliance.
What you'll need#
- Completion of undergraduate freshman year and minimum sophomore standing before the start date.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Graduation date must be after the contract end date.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong collaboration, ownership, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify trends.
- Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship.

- Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to July).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment: Full time (40 hours per week).
