Johnson Electric is seeking a Fall 2026 Co-Op Student to join the team in Vandalia, Ohio. This full-time internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while working alongside experienced professionals on engineering, operations, and quality-focused projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.
- Contribute to large-scale projects, taking on a leading role.
- Build professional relationships across various departments.
- Gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Participate in select hands-on projects related to Engineering, Quality, and Operations Leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Must have at least 3 semesters remaining in your degree program.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the rotation.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated approach to learning.
