About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the commercial real estate sales environment. You will support leasing brokerage activities by assisting with projects that help the team and their clients make informed decisions. You will gain experience across various aspects of the business, including sourcing, securing, and servicing clients on both the Occupier and Landlord sides.
What you'll do#
- Assist senior brokers with business development by reaching out to new leads.
- Manage prospect data and organize historical client activity.
- Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data.
- Prepare offering materials, pitch decks, and other client presentations.
- Read, review, and abstract real estate documents such as leases and operating expense statements.
- Build and use Excel-based analytical tools and financial models.
- Shadow senior brokers during transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
- Promote and support the use of brokerage software and CRM programs.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Previous internship experience in a professional environment.
- Permanent US work authorization.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative information.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career as a commissioned Broker.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Strong project management skills to prioritize high-impact tasks.
- A hands-on, team-player attitude with a focus on execution.

- Location: Dallas, Texas (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 - August 13, 2027).
- Employment: Full-time, paid internship.
