About the role#
This internship provides an early career opportunity within the JLL Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support investment and acquisition projects. The role offers insight into the commercial real estate industry through research, data analysis, and document preparation.
What you'll do#
- Assist with market research by gathering and analyzing statistics, demographics, traffic counts, and market information.
- Support the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Help design marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by creating charts and graphics.
- Provide general support to the team by gathering data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- Currently a college or university junior graduating in Summer 2028.
- Permanent US work authorization.
- Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Team-player attitude with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop is preferred.

- Location: Los Angeles, CA (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Employment: Full time, paid position.
