About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the JLL Capital Markets group. You will work alongside analysts to support investments and acquisitions. The role focuses on gaining experience in commercial real estate through market research, financial analysis, and transaction support.
What you'll do#
- Write market research reports by analyzing statistics, demographics, and traffic counts.
- Support property valuations using Argus and Excel.
- Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
- Assist with the due diligence process for transactions.
- Design marketing materials like teasers and offering memorandums.
- Create charts, graphics, and gather data on rent rolls and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college junior graduating in Summer 2028.
- You have permanent US work authorization.
- You possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- You can work independently while maintaining a team-player attitude.
- You have intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop is preferred.

- Location: On-site in Salt Lake City, Utah.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
