    About the role#

    This internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance while supporting the operations of a mission-driven organization. You will work alongside finance professionals to learn how data, controls, and analysis guide business decisions. This role is open to students currently enrolled in a four-year or graduate-level academic program who have completed at least their first year of college.

    What you'll do#

    • Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities.
    • Help prepare analysis and review financial information to support reporting needs.
    • Assist with reconciliations and journal entries.
    • Contribute to month-end close processes.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a four-year accounting program, with a preference for rising juniors.
    • Interest in budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, financial reporting, or business analysis.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
    • Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new finance or accounting applications.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Curiosity, attention to detail, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
    • Previous work experience in a professional setting is preferred.

    • Location: Holyoke, Massachusetts.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Status: Full-time.
    • Compensation: Paid position with an hourly range of $19 to $36, depending on your year in college.
    • Sponsorship: This position does not offer work visa sponsorship. Candidates must have the authority to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
