About the role#
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will lead the planning and execution of internal student programming and events. You will work with the Manager of Student Recruitment, Talent Acquisition Partners, and business stakeholders to foster engagement and development for our student employees. You will also represent our student programs and employment brand at external campus recruitment events.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and execute internal student events, programming, and engagement initiatives.
- Support the development of an annual student event calendar.
- Manage student onboarding, communications, and recognition activities.
- Assist with the planning of career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
- Support Talent Acquisition tasks such as interview scheduling, candidate communications, and pre-employment screening.
- Collaborate with business partners and HR Operations to support recruitment and branding.
- Develop creative briefs for sourcing campaigns and manage their rollout.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support program reporting.
What you'll need#
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or marketing.
- Post-secondary education in business, administration, human resources, or marketing.
- Strong event planning, coordination, and project management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and logistics.
- Ability to analyze information and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems is an asset.

- Salary Range: $55,223 - $73,170 per year.
