About the role#
As an Assistant Project Manager Intern, you will join our team for a 15-week summer program. This role involves working on industrial construction projects across the United States. You will work alongside experienced mentors to gain hands-on experience in the field, helping to manage projects from start to finish. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Help manage industrial construction projects across the country.
- Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and field teams to keep projects moving forward.
- Learn to manage project schedules, budgets, materials, RFI's, submittals, and logistics.
- Build relationships with customers and teammates while developing leadership skills.
- Travel to project sites to gain experience on-site.
What you'll need#
- Currently studying Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and an interest in working with people.
- Organized, motivated, and eager to solve problems.
- Excited to travel and experience projects across the country.
- Curious, coachable, and ready to learn.
