About the role#
This internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in industrial construction. You will join our national travel team for a 15-week summer program, working directly on projects across the United States. We focus on mentorship and leadership development, ensuring you gain practical skills rather than completing administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to keep construction projects moving forward.
- Learn to manage project schedules, budgets, materials, submittals, and logistics.
- Build relationships with customers and teammates while developing leadership skills.
- Travel to various project sites to gain experience in the field.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and an interest in working with people.
- An organized and motivated approach to problem solving.
- A desire to travel and work on projects across the country.
- A curious, coachable mindset and a readiness to learn.
