About the role#
Integrity is hiring an Intern to join our team in Decatur, Illinois. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling start date. You will work on-site to support our insurance operations and client service teams during peak periods, including the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
What you'll do#
- Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Guide clients through enrollment processes and documentation requirements.
- Collect and enter client information into internal systems with high accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to agents, including help with application status updates and system navigation.
- Track enrollment activity and organize digital documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to team members and identify common process inefficiencies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program or recent graduation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and learn new software systems quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Health Administration, and Public Health.
