    About the role#

    The Product Services team manages plan inventory through the Product Configurator application and helps develop templates for contract and booklet production. As a Product Systems Analyst co-op, you will assist the Product Configurator team during busy periods and support the Booklet and Contract Development team with automation projects. This role provides experience in both the technical and business sides of product configuration.

    What you'll do#

    • Join discovery discussions regarding Change Requests.
    • Turn business conversations into functional specifications.
    • Make application model changes inside the Product Configurator.
    • Run quality assurance testing.
    • Analyze data and systems to prepare for a Product Configurator upgrade.
    • Assist with automation tasks and special projects.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a junior or senior in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or graduation within the last year.
    • A GPA of 3.2 or higher.
    • A solid grasp of Boolean logic.
    • Programming experience, with a preference for JavaScript.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodology and the Software Development Life Cycle.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and SharePoint.
    • The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
    • An Android or iOS device compatible with the Microsoft Authenticator app.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, paid, on-site role based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
    • The position follows a rolling term.
