About the role#
The Sales Analytics & Reporting team manages membership reporting, forecasting, and analytics for the company. This co-op position provides hands-on experience with enterprise data, reporting tools, and forecasting processes. You will work alongside Sales, Finance, Actuarial, and Underwriting teams to deliver accurate and meaningful analysis.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain dashboards, presentations, and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
- Review data from multiple sources to support validation and quality assurance.
- Research and analyze variances found in membership, sales, and forecasting data.
- Collect and organize data to assist with membership reporting and forecasting.
- Document reporting procedures, business rules, and data definitions.
- Handle additional projects and assignments as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing, or a recent graduate within one year of the program start date.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and lookups.
- Exposure to SQL through coursework or projects, with the ability to modify and run existing queries.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Willingness to learn new business processes and technologies.
- An Android or iOS device compatible with the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Majors in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
