About the role#
This co-op position supports the Medicare Sales team and broker distribution channel. You will gain hands-on experience in sales operations, marketing, and analytics. You will work with leaders and cross-functional teams to help with daily operations and learn how sales and marketing strategies contribute to business success.
What you'll do#
- Assist with sales operations, marketing initiatives, and analytics.
- Engage in broker engagement, strategic planning, and process improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing, or a recent graduate within one year of the program start date.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Administration, or Communications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within a team.
- You must have an Android or iOS device compatible with the Microsoft Authenticator app.
