About the role#
This co-op role supports the Medicare marketing team in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns. You will work with internal stakeholders to manage marketing materials that support agent distribution and direct sales channels.
What you'll do#
- Develop marketing content for direct mail, email, and text message campaigns.
- Create and update materials to support various sales channels.
- Route marketing materials through the required review and approval processes.
- Ensure all materials follow CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and internal compliance rules.
- Test digital tools and platforms.
- Support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance metrics such as responses, leads, and applications.
- Assist with budgeting tasks like invoice tracking.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Senior status, or a recent graduate (within one year of the program start date).
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- A personal Android or iOS device compatible with the Microsoft Authenticator app.
