About the role#
As a Weld Engineering Intern, you will work with the Welding, Manufacturing, Design, and Materials Engineering teams. You will help build spacecraft and propulsion systems by developing and testing welding processes.
What you'll do#
- Develop, test, and improve welding processes for spacecraft and propulsion systems.
- Support weld development, testing, and production tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Welding, Manufacturing, Design, or Materials Engineering.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Interest in spacecraft and propulsion systems.
Location & details#
- This internship is located on-site in Redondo Beach, California.
- The position is a 12-week, full-time commitment during Summer 2027, running from May or June through August or September.
