About the role#
Illumination is seeking a Marketing Strategy Intern for the Summer 2026 term to support the marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to partner with leadership and contribute to ongoing studio projects.
What you'll do#
- Support marketing and strategy executives with campaign strategy, media planning, creative ideation, corporate branding, and digital media initiatives.
- Conduct market research, landscape analysis, and sizing to inform strategy formulation.
- Prepare presentations for senior management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the 8-week duration.
- Prior experience in marketing is highly desired; experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
- Must be physically located in the United States for all hours worked.
Location & details#
- Location: Santa Monica, California.
- Work Modality: On-site at the studio 4 days per week (Monday through Thursday) with 1 day of remote work (Friday).
- Compensation: $40.00 per hour.
