About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the OEM Division. You will support the development, implementation, and optimization of customized solutions for our customers. You will work alongside product management, sales, and operations teams to identify customer needs and evaluate technical requirements.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development and documentation of application-based solutions for OEM customers.
- Support technical evaluations, product testing, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions.
- Gather, organize, and interpret data related to customer applications, products, and project performance.
- Create technical presentations, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in customer meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional team discussions.
- Help maintain project timelines, action items, and implementation plans.
- Research industry trends, technologies, and market opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects related to products, processes, and customer solutions.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
