About the role#
As a Supply Chain Co-Op, you will work within the core of our supply chain operations. You will focus on planning warehouse inventory levels to ensure efficient operations. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand our processes and refine our workflows. You will gain experience by working on projects that impact the company.
What you'll do#
- Plan and manage optimal inventory levels to balance service with operating efficiency.
- Work with planning and warehouse teams to track inventory.
- Engage with global teams and different departments to gain a holistic view of supply chain operations.
- Provide regular status updates to management regarding the North American distribution network.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports to interface with international partners and maintain target inventory levels.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
- Completion of your Sophomore year of college.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software like SAP.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate ideas effectively.
- Experience or coursework in project management or organizational strategies is a plus.
- Familiarity with business process mapping tools like Microsoft Visio.
- An interest in taking the lead on projects and driving improvements.
Location & details#
- Location: St. Louis, Missouri.
- Terms: Summer and Fall sessions for 2027 and 2028.
- Schedule: Full-time with a hybrid work modality.
- Compensation: Paid position at $27.50 per hour.
- Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
