About the role#
The Administrative Support Intern provides project and administrative help to the Business Unit President and the leadership team. This role offers exposure to business operations, office management, and cross-functional projects. You will build your professional skills while supporting the daily activities of the leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering materials, and tracking follow-up items.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for business activities.
- Research and organize data for special projects.
- Manage travel logistics, team events, customer visits, and meeting arrangements.
- Handle office management tasks such as supplies, vendor coordination, mail, and general organization.
- Maintain corporate records and administrative documentation.
- Use Microsoft Office, Teams, and AI tools to improve team efficiency.
- Assist with leadership lunches and other office events.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Junior or Senior standing is preferred.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization.
