About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Brooklyn, New York. The role is on-site, requiring attendance at the studio between three and five days per week. This position serves as a pathway toward roles in production coordination and project management.
What you'll do#
- Facilitate the flow of project work and assist Project Managers with kickoff meetings and project reviews.
- Manage the production studio, including setting up the space, organizing equipment, and handling shipping and receiving.
- Oversee freelancer communications, including drafting and filing contracts, onboarding, and tracking invoices.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Track budgets, project costs, and studio expenses.
- Handle office operations, such as welcoming guests, managing office supplies, and coordinating team meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current or recent studies in Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or Psychology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workplace.
- An outgoing, inquisitive, and friendly personality that remains steady under pressure.
