About the role#
We are looking for a Workplace Operations intern to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and guests, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently every day.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of events, including internal communication and travel arrangements.
- Oversee the shipping and tracking of swag for coaches and employees.
- Manage daily office tasks like incoming and outgoing mail, clinic device tracking, and access or parking cards.
- Set up larger team meetings to ensure everything is ready for the group.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at once.
- A mindset focused on process improvement and making things work better.
- Experience with shipping and logistics.
- A welcoming personality to greet employees and visitors.
- Flexibility to handle unexpected situations and tasks as they arise.
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.

- This role is based on-site at our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska.
