About the role#
This internship provides experience in project management within a manufacturing environment. You will support new product development and sustaining engineering projects by collaborating with teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations. At the end of the program, you will present your work to the local management team.
What you'll do#
- Develop business cases for new initiatives.
- Create engineering models and drawings.
- Support product testing and validation activities.
- Ensure designs are reliable, manufacturable, and meet project objectives.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Prior experience managing a collaborative project at work or school.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

- Compensation: Paid internship with hourly rates ranging from $22.50 to $29.00 depending on academic standing.
