About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain corporate experience while working on projects that improve customer repair support and service operations. You will focus on developing standardized processes, documentation, and training resources for Authorized Repair Centers and customers. The program runs for 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Develop tools and resources to improve the repair experience
- Create recommended spare parts lists by product family
- Prepare technical drawing packages for authorized repair partners
- Establish standardized tooling and equipment requirements for repair centers
- Maintain and organize repair center and customer training records
- Assist with process improvement and manage multiple overlapping projects
- Support the development of customer and repair center training programs
- Present project results to the local management team at the end of the program
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship period (May-August 2027)
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- A minimum 3.0 GPA
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred
